By registering an account or using Spayse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Spayse provides tools to design, view, edit, and export visual figures and neural network diagrams. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace.
3. Intellectual Property and Diagram Rights
You retain all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the diagrams, figures, and research assets you construct using Spayse. We do not claim any rights to your diagrams. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party intellectual property you include in your models.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features, such as high-resolution PDF exports, unlimited figure saves, and collaborative workspaces, require a paid subscription. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing cycles.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service to create or store diagrams that violate laws, distribute malicious code, disrupt the performance of our servers, or build competing diagram editor platforms through automated database scraping.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Spayse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we do our absolute best to ensure 100% uptime and data persistence, we are not liable for any losses of research diagrams, publication delays, or inaccuracies in LaTeX equation compilations.
7. Term Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify users of significant modifications. Continued use of Spayse after updates constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
